In-depth Comprehensive Exams

These include annual physicals, bi-annual geriatric exams, and comprehensive sick exams. We offer complete exams for ferrets, rabbits, rodents, birds, and reptiles.  We also participate in the Denver Area Veterinary Medical Society's (DAVMS) complimentary exams for those pets adopted from their participating shelters.  Please see your adoption paperwork for details.  

Vaccinations

We base our vaccination protocols on the pet's risk and lifestyle.  We currently offer a three- year protocol for rabies, canine distemper combination, and feline distemper combination vaccines when appropriate for the pet.

Dentistry & Dental Care

We provide basic and advanced dentistry services.  These include ultrasonic scaling/cleaning, polishing, charting, digital dental x-rays, surgical extractions, and other oral surgery.  We also carry a full line of dental health care products.  

Soft Tissue Surgery

This includes both elective surgeries like spays, neuters, and declaws.  We also perform emergency surgeries like mass removals, abdominal surgeries, and laceration/wound repairs.

Anesthesia

We tailor all of our anesthesia protocols to the individual based on their needs.  We use high quality equipment so our certified technicians can monitor your pet's heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and temperatures, every minutes while under anesthesia.  All anesthetized pets have and IV catheter placed and receive fluids.  We also provide pain management for all surgical procedures.

Radiology & Ultrasound

We have a radiology unit in-house that includes an on-premises developer to obtain quick x-rays.  We also have a board certified radiologist review all of our x-rays.  The radiologist can also perform ultrasounds as needed at our clinic.

In-house Laboratory

We have the capability to run blood work, fecals, urine tests, any ear/skin/mass cytologies, parvo test, FELV/FIV tests, and fungal cultures.  We also have the capability to run any other test, including heartworm through our out-of-house laboratory.

Exotic Medicine

We offer complete exams for ferrets, rabbits, rodents, birds, and reptiles.

Kitten & Puppy Client Education

We provide all of our kitten and puppy owners with an extensive education on their pets at the time of their vaccine appointments.  We offer a detailed checklist of questions as well as free puppy and kitten packets.

Community Service Events

We enjoy education the community and our clients on their pets and health care topics.  We are pleased to travel to schools and offer groups to present a variety of information regarding several topics on pets and medication.
